OpenTelemetry graduates within the CNCF. The Browser SIG ships the first official Browser SDK release, Collector releases introduce a cardinality guardian processor and a GenAI telemetry normalizer, and semantic conventions v1.41.0 delivers major GenAI streaming attributes and Kubernetes PVC coverage. Arize proposes to donate OpenInference instrumentation to the OTel project, and two accepted proposals set the direction for Semantic Convention Schema v2 and partial configuration reload for the Collector.
