OTel Arrow Protocol advances to Phase 2, the Observability Summit recordings are now available on YouTube, and Collector releases 0.154.0 and 0.155.0 bringing the cardinality guardian processor to alpha, Schema v2 file format support, and a wave of OTTL improvements. Specification v1.58.0 merges context-scoped Attributes and finalizes Prometheus stabilizations. Semantic conventions v1.42.0 moves all GenAI conventions to a dedicated repository.
